  • Educational Purposes Only: The content provided in this App is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is intended as a supporting tool for learning and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • No Medical Relationship: Use of this App does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship between you and FuNnInteractive.
  • Consult Professionals: We strongly encourage parents and guardians to seek the advice of a qualified speech-language pathologist or healthcare provider for any questions regarding a child’s specific speech delay or medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information found in this App.
  • No Warranty (“As-Is”): This App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind. FuNnInteractive does not guarantee specific results or milestones from using this App.
  • Assumption of Risk: By using this App, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.

II. PRIVACY POLICY (COPPA COMPLIANT)

1. COPPA Compliance

The App is designed for children under the age of 13. We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR-K. We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children except as permitted by law.

2. Information Collection and Use

To protect child privacy, we do not require users to provide personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

  • Anonymous Custom IDs: Upon installation, the App generates a random “Custom ID” (a unique string) stored locally on the device and on our backend. This ID is used solely to save game progress and is not linked to hardware identifiers like IMEI or Advertising IDs.
  • Automatic Usernames: We do not allow users to enter their own names. We assign random display names (e.g., “MagicPanda123”) to ensure anonymity.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use Microsoft PlayFab for backend game logic.

  • PlayFab is configured in “data-limited” mode.
  • We do not transmit persistent identifiers (like Advertising IDs) to PlayFab.
  • Data is used strictly for internal operations and is never shared for advertising.

4. No Advertising and Tracking

  • No Ads: This App is 100% ad-free.
  • No Behavioral Tracking: We do not track user behavior across other apps or websites.
  • No Location Tracking: We do not collect GPS or location data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Anonymous game progress data is stored as long as the App remains active on your device. FuNnInteractive reserves the right to delete any “Custom ID” and associated progress data if the account remains inactive for a period of 24 months.

6. Parental Rights & Policy Updates

Parents have the right to review or request the deletion of the anonymous game data associated with their child’s device. Requests must include the “Custom ID” found in the App’s menu.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
